The Viking Safety Escort Service is a free service operated by Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Campus Safety. Available to students, faculty, and staff who feel unsafe or need assistance getting around campus or nearby locations. Escorts are on foot or in vehicles and are provided for safety—not convenience.
Hours: Available 24/7. Wait time based on Campus Safety Officer availability.
Cost: Free with Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» ID
How to Request a Ride: Call (773) 244-5600 or use the LiveSafe app. Provide your location and destination.
Be ready to provide your Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» ID number, pickup and drop-off locations, and a cell phone number. ID may be checked upon arrival.
